The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has been one of the teams to beat in the ongoing eleventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). After playing 10 matches so far, they have managed to register a win in 8 games which helped them to become the table-toppers. Despite facing demoralizing losses against the formidable teams like Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the Hyderabad based franchise didn’t let their morale go down and came back much stronger.
SRH has received a tag of possessing the best bowling line-up in the tournament and keeping it true, they haven’t let their reputation go down in whatsoever be the situation. The likes of Siddarth Kaul, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Rashid Khan have been exceptional with that white ball because of which they haven’t stumbled at any stage of the cash-rich league.

However, in the recent matches, SRH’s batsmen have not been performing well except their skipper Kane Williamson as they have not been able to score big in a few consecutive games. Williamson has been exceptional with the bat and has also led the team from the front. Recently, Danielle Wyatt, the English woman cricketer, was asked about the probable winner of the team and she replied with Sunrisers Hyderabad, which is definitely a possibility only if CSK didn’t outplay them.

Wyatt’s admiration for Virat Kohli is known to all and quite expectantly she started favoring the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) prior to the start of IPL 2018. However, the franchise has been going through a rough phase and never gathered a momentum in the league so far despite making a bunch of changes as they have struggled in every aspect and subsequently, have been found wanting.
As the tournament has entered into its final stages and the playoffs are nearing, the strong contenders for qualifying have more or less been revealed. Therefore, Wyatt must be aware of the status of both SRH and RCB teams as far as moving into the top four is concerned. While Williamson and his men are all but through to the playoffs, Virat’s team is still finding it difficult to defy the odds and stop their downfall.
