Caribbean all-rounder Dwayne Bravo admires Bollywood star actress Deepika Padukone. While Bravo is currently busy to play for the IPL team Chennai Super Kings (CSK), he was recently interviewed by his teammate Harbhajan Singh where he spoke out about the Bollywood actress.

According to Times Now, Bravo was asked about his favourite actress during that interview. Bravo told in reply, “It’s Deepika. I want to meet her again, but this time I want to have a chat with her. That will be a dream for me.”

Bravo also revealed the time when he first came to know about Deepika.

Speaking on that, bravo said, “It was in 2006 when I first visited India with the West Indies during the Champions Trophy. I checked into a hotel and turned on my TV. I saw this ad in which a girl was endorsing this soap. I realised it was Deepika. From 2006 till now, she’s still in my head.”

Later, Harbhajan also asked him, “You didn’t find any Deepika in Trinidad?”

Bravo replied on that, “You can’t find another Deepika, there’s only one Deepika.”

Deepika Padukone is the elder daughter of former famous Indian badminton player Prakash Padukone. She made her Bollywood debut with the Shah Rukh Khan starrer movie ‘Om Shanti Om’ which was released in 2007. Since then, she acted in many successful Bollywood movies.

Deepika has also acted in Hollywood. She made her Hollywood debut with the ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ movie, starring Vin Diesel, which was released in 2017.

Dwayne Bravo is currently busy to play in the IPL for CSK. Bravo is one of the oldest members of CSK as he is serving on this team since 2011. Though he had played for Gujarat Lions (2016-2017) during CSK’s two-year IPL suspension, CSK used RTM card for INR 6.4 crores in the 2018 IPL Auction to retain him in the squad.

Bravo was the key member for CSK to win the IPL 2011 and 2014 Champions League T20.

However, in the ongoing IPL 2018, Bravo is far from his familiar form. He has taken 9 wickets in 13 games and scored 134 runs with 44.66 averages.
