During the 11th match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings at Mohali, Dwayne Bravo was seen tying the shoelaces of his former West Indian captain, Chris Gayle.
The act will certainly help Chennai Super Kings earn some additional points for the Fairplay Award. After winning the toss, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, captain of Chennai Super Kings, had won the toss and chose to field.
It happened just after the players had come out to the field. Gayle, who did not feature in Kings XI Punjab’s playing eleven for the first two matches, was included today in place of Marcus Stoinis.
Just as the players were seen walking towards the pitch, champion Bravo tied the shoelaces of the Universe Boss.
The home team in Kings XI Punjab has played two matches, winning one and losing the other. On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings have won both their match so far.
