The top-two teams Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) locked horns with each other to secure a place in the finals of the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). While CSK had an advantage over SRH after winning both the games against the Hyderabad franchise, the game was certainly not tilting anywhere.

The first half of the game belonged to the men in yellow, as they bowled some brilliant spells and lengths to get the Sunrisers batsmen in all sorts of trouble. It all began with a gentle in-swinger from Deepak Chahar, which struck Shikhar Dhawan’s bat to knock the pegs. Further, it was brilliance in bowling from the Super Kings’ to restrict the Sunrisers to a total of 139 runs.

From could he do it so he did it it was Faf du Plessis 67 off 42 balls brilliance that took the Super Kings home.
