3. Rohit Sharma’s batting position
The Mumbai Indians captain has featured in four IPL winning campaigns, an honor that no other player has. He captained Mumbai to their third IPL trophy last season and captained India in the recently concluded Nidahas Trophy.

The real question though will be where will Rohit Sharma bat. He opened for India in the Nidahas Trophy and we know that if he gets going there is no bowler in the world who can stop him. But opening for MI may not be such a great option.
MI has two good openers in Kishan and Lewis. Also apart from Rohit Sharma, they do not have a proper senior batsman who can hold the team together in a collapse. Hence in all probability, Rohit will bat in the middle order.
