4. Shikhar Dhawan
Shikhar Dhawan walked into the IPL in superb white-ball form. He was smacking the ball perfectly and was scoring runs by truck-load. He continued his form into the Indian Premier League and soon made his way to the orange cap.
In the first two matches, he batted superbly and dominated both the chases from the start. Dhawan’s innings proved match-winning as SRH cruised to two consecutive wins. Dhawan scored 78* vs RR and 45 against MI.
Then came the dip. In the last two matches, Dhawan has scored 7 and 0* (Retired hurt). He was hit on his elbow and could not come out to bat. His batting will be a major factor for SRH.
