Avesh Khan (DD)

Delhi Daredevils (DD) fast bowler Avesh Khan played his IPL match for his team in the 11th edition of the IPL against Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). He did not have a chance to bowl to an in-form Chris Gayle who missed out the match due to a sore back. Australian opener Aaron Finch had a chance to prove himself in the absence of Gayle but his innings was stopped by Avesh’s pace and movement.

Avesh’s bowling clocked over 140 kmph on a consistent basis, which is quite impressive for an Indian fast bowler. Although Avesh got talked for a few boundaries, he made a sterling comeback by getting rid of Yuvraj Singh.
