KKR’s young genius from Punjab is looked upon as the next Indian batting stalwart. Shubhman Gill was the man of the man of the tournament in India’s Under-19 World Cup victory a few months back. The boy already has one first-class century and one half-century as well to his name in just 2 matches that he has played at an average of 61.25. In the last match against Kings XI Punjab Gill batted uninhibitedly and it showed up in his brief struggle. His 14 runs came in only 8 balls with 2 fours. He will be watched keenly against DD.
