In IPL 2017, Ben Stokes was one of the crucial reasons behind RPS’ quest to final of the tournament. Not only he smashed runs with his bat consistently, he bowled some crucial bowling spells and no one is more electrifying than him on the cricket field. However, in the final fo last year, he couldn’t manage to play for RP due to some national commitments for England. However, he was bought for a huge prize money of ₹12 cr. It is also expected that he will once again repeat his last year performance in IPL 2018 and that will be evident in the curtain-opener for RR.
