3. Shreyas Iyer (DD)

The most shocking announcement of the IPL so far came from the camp of Delhi Daredevils. It’s loved home boy Gautam Gambhir stepped down from the position of Captain in the aftermath of the consistent poor team performances. DD installed Shreyas Iyer as their new captain and he started excellently with a match-winning innings against KKR. Iyer’s highest score of 93* came in just 40 balls. So far in the season, he has scored 386 runs with an average of 43 and a strike rate of 139. CSK will have to stop this maverick.
