Andrew Tye’s Superb Performance

The Australian bowler was already renowned for his death bowling skills before he entered the IPL. On his debut for Gujarat Lions, Tye picked up a hat-trick and completed a five-wicket haul as well. This season, playing for Punjab, he has been in an extraordinary wicket-taking form.

In the 13 matches, so far Andrew Tye has managed to take 24 wickets. He is proudly holding the purple cap on his head. Remarkably in his last four matches, he has taken three four-wicket hauls. His best figures this season have been 4/16.
