The star batsman of the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Suresh Raina has been one of the most consistent batsmen in the history of the cash-rich tournament. Even in this season, with CSK making a stunning comeback in the IPL, the fans are expecting them to win their third title and get on level terms with arch-rivals Mumbai Indians (MI).
Raina needs to play a crucial role if his team dreams of taking their hands on the coveted trophy. He has missed just one game for CSK since the inception of the IPL and he needs to be amongst the runs as soon as possible to ensure their top order can get more lethal. He is currently being accompanied by his wife and daughter and same is the case with MS Dhoni.

Chennai registered a mind-boggling victory against RCB at the Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday. No one expected Chennai to win after they were reduced to 74/4 in 9 overs, but it was the 101-run partnership between Dhoni and Ambati Rayudu for the 5th wicket that helped them chase a humongous 206-run target.
Batting first, AB de Villiers and Quinton de Kock smashed the half-centuries and RCB looked well on course for a total in excess of 220. But the crumbling of the middle order of RCB resulted in their score getting restricted to 205 runs.
RCB’s bowlers managed to give their team a healthy start, but Rayudu’s 53-ball 82 and MS Dhoni’s 34-ball 70 helped them chase the total with two balls to spare. Virat Kohli was also fined with INR 12 Lakh for slow over-rate, adding to the increasing woes of his contingent.
