IPL 2019 Auction was held on Tuesday (December 18) at Jaipur. A total of 346 players had been shortlisted for the auction after over 1,000 players registered their names for this Auction. In the IPL 2019 Auction, the players had been divided into eight different base prices, starting from INR 20 lakh to 2 crores.

10. Prabhsimran Singh (INR 4.80 crore) – Kings XI Punjab
The 18-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman Prabhsimran Singh has stunned everyone after Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) bought him for a whopping price of INR 4.80 crore, while he had the base price of INR 20 lakh.
During the semi-final of the Punjab U-23 Inter-District Cricket Tournament in this year, the young right-handed batsman played a 298-run knock off 301 balls for Patiala against Amritsar. The lad is yet to make his first-class cricket debut.
