Shreyas Iyer (DC)

Delhi Capitals had a good start, thanks to Prithvi Shaw and they were expecting their skipper to step up in this big match to post a fighting total against a team like Chennai Super Kings. Shreyas Iyer shared supported Dhawan from one end but his slow innings of 18 runs didn’t help Delhi’s cause. The team management was expecting more from Iyer but he failed to perform in this match.

Ambati Rayudu (CSK)

While CSK’s one opener came out with all guns blazing, the other one, Ambati Rayudu, looked off-colour in Delhi. However, Chennai was not chasing a big total but Rayudu failed to complement Watson from other end and perished after scoring just five runs.
