A team is always benefited with having the presence of a quality batsman and a quality bowler but the team is blessed to have both the qualities in an all-rounder who can bowl the spell of 4 overs completely and also provides some important runs to the team and that’s a precious gift for the side.

In IPL a team usually prefers to play 2-3 all-rounders in a match and all-rounders performances get them to win many Man of the Match awards. There are have been some outstanding all-around shows by players which led the team to win big matches and titles as well.

The 30-year-old Carribean player who at a time was known for his mystery spells is also now recognized for his big hitting capabilities with some wonderous stokes in the Powerplay overs and since last two seasons he has started opening which was an experiment tried by Gautam Gambhir under his tenure at Knight Riders and today we can see how well it has worked.

He has been very accurate with his bowling and has continued to take wickets since his emergence.
