With the end of the first week of the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, two teams have been unbeaten so far, and the Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Delhi Capitals (DC). However, DC is leading the charts with two wins already under their belt as they also have better net run-rate than RR.

On the batting front, KL Rahul is leading the table with 222 runs in 3 innings at a strike rate of 156.33. While on the bowling front, surprisingly, the fiery pacer, Mohammed Shami is still donning the purple cap as he has scalped 7 wickets and maintained an economy of 7.5 in the first three games.

However, he kept his calm and played one of the best innings of his life. He took just 69 balls to score 132* runs and helped his team to go over the line. However, in the next game, he against scored a fifty by KXIP lost that match against Rajasthan Royals (RR).

Mayank Agarwal (KXIP) – 221 runs

Mayank Agarwal has reached the purple patch as he impressed one and all in the first week itself. He started off the week with a brilliant 89 off 60 balls against Delhi Capital (DC). Then, this was followed by his maiden IPL century against Rajasthan Royals (RR) which went in vain.
