In the 36th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, Mumbai Indians (MI) will be locking horns with the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday. MI has won six matches out of the eight they have played so far, owing to some brilliant performance by their fast bowlers, Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult.

Even if bowlers fail to perform, batsmen like Quinton de Kock and Suryakumar Yadav have managed to produce some consistent performances which have helped MI to stand at the second position on the IPL 2020 points table. As for the KXIP, their plans have not been executed well and despite the fact that they won their last match against RCB, it was only their second win of the season. However, KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal are leading the run-scoring charts, but KXIP has failed to cease the crucial moments.

With their backs up against the wall and Chris Gayle back in the side, a rejuvenated KXIP side will bank on their power-packed batting unit to get the better of Jasprit Bumrah and Trent Boult. With two very formidable batting units locking horns on Sunday, one can expect an action-packed match to close out what promises to be an entertaining double-header in the IPL.

Let us take you all to the Probable Fantasy XI you can create with the following tips:-

Wicket-Keepers

Quinton de Kock

With none of the players having much of a practice, KL Rahul seems to be a better pick as he has been known for making a strong comeback and he will be much more effective on slow pitches this season. However, for MI, Quinton de Kock will be keeping the wickets as he is known for playing match-winning knocks, but in order to maintain the balance of the IPL Fantasy XI, both the players will tend to give more points.

Batsmen

Chris Gayle, Mayank Agarwal, Rohit Sharma, and Surya Kumar Yadav always been the prime contenders for fantasy cricket. Even, Mandeep Singh can also be added in fantasy cricket and that will depend on the balance of the squad. Apart from them, there are some useful batsmen in the line-ups as well, like, Hardik Pandya and Saurabh Tiwary (if he plays).

All-rounders

Glenn Maxwell

There are some really reliable all-rounders in both the teams but citing the slow pitch in Dubai, Glenn Maxwell, Kieron Pollard, and Krunal Pandya seems to be the perfect fit. Apart from them, the good all-rounder for IPL fantasy cricket is Krishnappa Gotham.

Bowlers

Both the teams don’t have decent bowling line-ups but they have managed to do a decent job. Bowlers like Mohammed Shami, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh, Trent Boult, and Jasprit Bumrah become the obvious choices for the IPL Fantasy XI on the sticky track of Abu Dhabi. Apart from them, some crucial bowlers can be like, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Mohammed Shami, and Rahul Chahar
