Rajasthan Royals (RR) will be commencing their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 are in action for the first time this season as they face three-time champions Chennai Super Kings in Match 4 of IPL 2020. Under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, CSK won their opening game against arch-rivals Mumbai Indians (MI), owing to some brilliant fifties from Ambati Rayudu and Faf du Plessis.
Despite facing a few personnel concerns ahead of the IPL 2020, CSK can be expected to have another successful season. Their opponents, Rajasthan Royals (RR) are also facing a few concerns of their own at the moment. With Ben Stokes’ seems unavailable for quite some time combined with Jos Buttler’s extended quarantine period RR is a tad short-handed ahead of their IPL opener.
However, Steve Smith can call upon a very talented roster with the likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Riyan Parag touted as ones to watch out for, this season. Both league games between the two teams in IPL 2019 were nail-biting finishes which resulted in CSK wins. Although one cannot write-off RR’s chances, especially with the likes of Jofra Archer and David Miller set to the don the pink of Rajasthan on Tuesday.
Let us take you all to the Probable Fantasy XI you can create with the following tips:-
With none of the players having much of a practice, MS Dhoni seems to be a better pick as he has been known for making a strong comeback and he will be much more effective on slow pitches this season. However, for RR, Sanju Samson is expected to keep wickets as he is known for playing match-winning knocks, but in order to maintain the balance of the IPL Fantasy XI, Bairstow seems better pick.
Ambati Rayudu, Faf du Plessis, Steve Smith, Yashaswi Jaiswal, and Robin Uthappa have always been the prime contenders for the fantasy cricket. Even, Riyan Parag can also be added in fantasy cricket and that will depend on the balance of the squad. Apart from them, there are some useful batsmen in the line-ups as well, like Shane Watson, and David Miller (if he plays).
There are some really reliable all-rounders in both the teams but citing the slow pitch in Sharjah, Ravindra Jadeja, Sam Curran, and Mitchell Stane seems to be the perfect fit. Apart from them, the good all-rounders for IPL fantasy cricket is Mohipal Lomror.
Both the teams don’t have decent bowling line-ups but they have managed to do a decent job. Bowlers like Jofra Archer, Shreyas Gopal, Deepak Chahar, and Jaydev Unadkat become the obvious choices for the IPL Fantasy XI on the sticky track of Sharjah. Apart from them, some crucial bowlers can be like, Lungi Ngidi and Mayank Markande.
