Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad are locking horns in the 40th match of the Indian Premier League 2021 in Dubai. SRH are reeling at the bottom of the points table while Rajasthan Royals won two games in the second leg and jumped to the fourth spot.
Sanju Samson won the toss and opted to bat first. RR brought in Evin Lewis and Chris Morris in place of Tabraiz Shamsi and David Miller. SRH dropped David Warner, Manish Pandey, Kedar Jadhav and Khaleel Ahmed while bringing Jason Roy, Abhishek Sharma, Priyam Garg and Siddarth Kaul.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar got rid of dangerous Evin Lewis with his first ball but Yashasvi Jaiswal was looking solid in the middle. He played some cracking shots in the middle and took SRH bowlers for cleaners.
Sandeep Sharma came in to bowl the 9th over of the innings. Jaiswal advanced and smashed a cracking six over the cover region on the third ball of the over.
Sandeep followed it up with another juicy full-toss to Jaiswal, who advanced again but got an under edge which fell onto his stumps. Sandeep had the last laugh in this battle.

Jaiswal scored 36 runs in 23 balls where he hit five fours and one six while adding 56 runs for the second wicket.
Sanju Samson played the captain’s knock and scored 82 runs in 57 balls, where he hit seven fours and three sixes. RR scored 164/5 in 20 overs.
