Depsite being registered in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega-auction. However, no franchise team has taken the Irish star with a base price of ₹50 lakh. However, even after that, Josh Little has now got the chance to feature in the 15th edition of the IPL. The left-arm fast bowler has already joined the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) as a net bowler in 19 ODIs and 34 T20Is for Ireland.
The 22-year-old international star is reported to have joined the Chennai camp on behalf of the Irish Cricket Association on social media. Cricket Ireland thinks that Little can witness himself in by bowling Dhoni.

Josh Little has so far taken 30 wickets in ODI cricket and 31 wickets in T20Is. Little has taken a total of 13 wickets in the last 10 International Twenty20 matches. His best bowling performance in T20Is is 4 for 23.

Explaining how he switched from hockey to cricket, Josh Little said:
“I was playing hockey in school at the time with one of my mates, they’re an Asian family and his dad was like, ‘You’ve got hand-eye coordination, do you want to come down to our cricket club and just give it a go?”
Chennai Super Kings have already started preparing for IPL 2022. Dhoni has come down to full practice with bat and ball. Chennai Super Kings are regularly updating the team’s practice on social media. Apart from practicing batting in the nets, Dhoni has also been seen playing football with his teammates.
