The 22nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will be played between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday, April 16. Mumbai Indians come into the game on the back of a big win against the Delhi Capitals. While they are facing injury concerns, especially with Jofra Archer, Mumbai’s batting unit is still finding it difficult to score runs consistently.
As for the Kolkata Knight Riders, they have two wins in four matches so far. The Knight Riders has been looking like a balanced squad with the likes of Andre Russell and Sunil Narine holding the key. They witnessed a close loss against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in their last game, but Rinku Singh has been a revelation for them so far.
