Despite the fact that the veteran Indian all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja was dropped from the Mohali ODI against Australia, he came back to the squad in the series decider at the Feroz Shah Kotla in Delhi and grabbed the wicket of the Australian skipper, Aaron Finch in his first over itself.

Earlier, in the game, Finch had won the toss and elected to bat first on the pitch which was looking a decent one for the batsmen. However, India made some surprising changes in the squad as KL Rahul and Yuzvendra Chahal were replied by Jadeja and Mohammed Shami. It is home ground for some of the Indian players like Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, and Rishabh Pant.

Australia had a decent start to their innings as they were standing at 76 without loss after the 14-over mark. Then came Jadeja for the bowling the 15th over of the game and he got the breakthrough for the hosts.

On the third ball of the over, Jaddu bowled a ripper of a delivery, however, he also got some fizz off the pitch that does the trick. Jadeja fired a length ball which drifted towards the middle which drew Finch forward by the angle but then the ball spun in the different direction enough to beat the straight bat to smash into the stumps. It was a wicket India desperately needed considering the start Australia got off to in the all-important decider at Kotla.

Meanwhile, Peter Handscomb has joined Usman Khawaja and the two are looking solid and dangerous from an Indian point of view. Khawaja has already registered his eight ODI fifty and on the verge of scoring his 2nd ODI century.
