Jaydev Unadkat expressed that he was quite hopeful of being selected and was disappointed with himself from the result. He was the leading wicket-taker in the 2019-20 Ranji season. Despite being disappointed, Uandkat expects himself to make a stronger comeback. He has heard enough during his initial days, about his style, living conditions, but maturity enabled him to brave past these successfully.
