Kagiso Rabada Heaps Praise on ‘Consistent’ Indian Skipper

On Thursday, South African pacer Kagiso Rabada heaped praise on India skipper Virat Kohli.  He hails Kohli as the ‘most consistent’ cricketer across formats. The pacer also admitted that the RCB skipper pushes him to give his best.

Speaking with a chat show, Kagiso Rabada took the platform to express his opinion on the Indian batsman, The South African speedster also shared his opinion on, Steve Smith, Kane Williamson, and the English all-rounder Ben Stokes

“If you look at one day cricket, I will say Virat Kohli is the most consistent performer, he is consistent in Test cricket as well,” Rabada said.  “I even like the work of Ben Stokes, Steve Smith, Kane Williamson,” he added.

Rabada who made his ODI and Test debut in 2015 shares his ambition of becoming a better bowler The 24-year-old  also dreams of winning the World Cup.

“Well, it was an ambition of mine to be where I am today. So glad to have reached that pinnacle. All I will do now is focus on a few things that would make me play better, win a World Cup, that’d be amazing,” added Rabada.

The South African pacer plys his trade for Delhi Capitals in the star-studded Indian Premier League. Rabada will have to wait to perform as the tournament is indefinitely postponed due to Coronavirus. The future of the T20 World Cup in Australia is also in doubt because of the same.
