Kedar Jadhav believes MS Dhoni made him a different player

32-years Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav is now known as a good all-rounder. Apart from his amazing batting skills, he has also the ability to provide good off-break bowling as he is now used as a wicket-taking bowler. Jadhav credited former Indian captain MS Dhoni for his current successful bowling performances.

According to the Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) official website, Jadhav quoted, “I firmly believe that I became a different player after Dhoni bhai asked me to bowl in international cricket. I hadn’t even dreamt until then that I could bowl and pick wickets for India.”

Kedar Jadhav has played 40 ODIs where he has picked up 16 wickets. Lauding on Dhoni’s guidance, Jadhav said, “He allows a player to express himself and supports a player in every possible way. He knows how to get the best out of every player, that’s his biggest quality.”

Kedar Jadhav will play for CSK in IPL 2018 where MS Dhoni is going to lead the side. In the 2018 IPL Auction, he was bought by two-time IPL champions for INR 7.8 crore. Jadhav is looking very excited to play for the team as he quoted, “I would have done anything to be a part of Chennai Super Kings. To me, CSK is (MS) Dhoni bhai on the field and I hope to play the best cricket of my life with this team.”

Speaking about to playing under Dhoni’s captaincy in the upcoming IPL, Jadhav spoke out, “Playing under him for CSK I am sure I will express myself in ways that I have never done before as his presence gives me immense confidence.”

Jadhav also added that he will give his best in every IPL game while he will also learn from Dhoni in this IPL. Jadhav told, “Over the last decade CSK have been one of the top teams in IPL. So being a part of this team I am sure I will give my best in every game and also learn more from Dhoni bhai on how to read a situation and adapt quickly.”
