The veteran Mumbai Indians (MI) all-rounder, Kieron Pollard never misses the opportunity to impress his fans with his incredible fielding skills. During the match against Rajasthan Royals (RR), he did the same when he grabbed a mind-boggling catch at the boundary line to send back Jos Buttler to the Pavillion.
Earlier in the game, MI skipper, Rohit Sharma decided to bat first after winning the toss as he made no change in their squad. On the other hand, RR made three changes in their squad as debutant Kartik Tyagi, Yashavi Jaiswal, and Ankit Rajpoot replaced, Royan Parag, Jaydev Unadkat, and Robin Uthappa.

MI openers, Rohit, and Quinton de Kock started off well as they added 49 runs inside the first five over before Tyagi getting the better of the latter in his first over itself. Then, along with Surya Kumar Yadav, Rohit added 39 runs for the second wicket before Shreyas Gopal getting two wickets in as many deliveries in the 10th overs. After the little hiccup, Yadav tried to make a partnership with Krunal Pandya, but the latter also got out in the 14th over.
After Krunal’s dismissal, Hardik came out to bat, and along with Surya Kumar, he helped his team to reach the score of 193/4 in their tally of 20 overs. During the chase, RR never looked in his game as they lost as many as three wickets in the powerplay itself. However, Jos Buttler kept the hopes for the Royals but he was also perished in the 14th over of James Pattinson.

A lot of credit for the dismissal goes to the incredible cath by Kieron Pollard, although he made things difficult for himself to be honest. Buttler just managed to get under the full-length delivery and tried to launch this over long-on, but hand to take on the tallest fielder in the opposition as Pollard ran towards the ball and got a hand, but the ball bounced out in the first attempt – and yet, he was quick enough to grab it in the second attempt.
Here is the video of the dismissal:
