The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) stars enjoyed a well-deserved break from their IPL grind as they stepped out to attend Yo Yo Honey Singh’s Millionaire India Tour concert in Kolkata on Saturday. The event, held at the lively Aquatica Grounds, saw a splash of cricketing flair as Venkatesh Iyer, Rinku Singh, Harshit Rana, Vaibhav Arora, Manish Pandey, and Anukul Roy grooved to the singer’s popular hits.

Honey Singh, noticing the players in the crowd, gave them a special shoutout and even chanted KKR’s iconic “Korbo, Lorbo, Jitbo” slogan, much to the crowd’s delight. The team certainly had reason to celebrate. Just days earlier, KKR had dominated Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Eden Gardens, clinching a massive 80-run win.

Young Angkrish Raghuvanshi impressed with a composed 50 off 32 balls, sharing an 81-run stand with skipper Ajinkya Rahane. The finishing touches were applied by Iyer and Rinku Singh, whose blistering 91-run partnership off just 41 balls propelled KKR to 200/6 — their best total of IPL 2025 so far.

On the bowling front, Vaibhav Arora set the tone early, removing Travis Head and Ishan Kishan cheaply. Harshit Rana’s early strike added to the collapse, and the likes of Russell, Narine, and Chakaravarthy ensured there was no coming back for SRH, bowling them out for 120 in just 16.4 overs.
