It is no secret that Virat Kohli is a fitness freak. One can see the passion and conviction in his eyes whenever he speaks about fitness. He will be returning in action after the brief rest that he enjoyed during the Nidahas Trophy that was played in Sri Lanka. Kohli will be captaining the IPL Team of Royal Challengers Bangalore and no doubt that the emphasis will be on fitness.

The message from the skipper was crystal clear just after the IPL 2018 Auction itself. After picking three Delhi boys in the auction (Navdeep SainiKulwant Khejroliya and Pawan Negi), Kohli quickly asked them to undergo training and a yo-yo endurance test was also conducted.

The fitness regime of Virat Kohli has inspired his Bangalore teammates as well. The youngster Sarfaraz Khan who did not look in the best shape a year ago has also embarked on a physical transformation. He considers Virat Kohli as his role model and is eager to prove the faith of RCB Team management who retained Sarfaraz for this season ahead of some other key players.
