Virat Kohli is reaching to new heights whenever he comes out to bat for India. There was no exception during the third One-Day International match between India and South Africa as Kohli scored his 34th ODI hundred.
Coming out to bat first, India lost an early wicket in form of Rohit Sharma who edged Kagiso Rabada behind the stump. Kohli came out to bat after this wicket and shared a crucial partnership with Shikhar Dhawan.

Kohli was nudging singles here and there amidst several wickets at the other end. He stood tall in front of South African bowling line-up and reached to yet another ODI hundred. This is his second hundred in the series and 12th while leading the Indian team.

Now, he surpassed Sourav Ganguly’s Indian record for most centuries in ODI format being a captain. Kohli has been the lone fighter for India and stood tall while rest of the batting line-up fell like nine pins.
