The Indian pacer Mohammed Shami has completely rubbished the allegations made by his wife of infidelity and harassing and torturing her domestically. He had made his stand clear on Twitter on Wednesday, itself that it’s a plot against him and someone is trying to destroy his Cricket career.
However, on Thursday, Shami came out in the open and talked to India Today in an exclusive interview in which he said that he has no idea why his wife is saying such things about him. The pacer said since he hasn’t had the chance to go into the details of everything, but one thing he can definitely say that he’s not been involved in any wrongdoing as such.

Shami revealed that he and his wife had a great time on Holi and then he made his way to Dharamshala for a match where he came to know about all such allegations and he is not able to figure out the reason behind this sudden outbreak of his wife in the media.
According to Shami, if he had been having relationships behind his wife’s back for the last couple of years, then one of those girls must have tried to expose him by lamenting to his wife at some stage which has not happened. Also, the Whatsapp number that she is talking about from which all those messages have been sent to the girls isn’t his own number and anyone can verify it.

But what made it all questionable at the end of the interview is that Shami accepted that if all the allegations turn out to be true and this whole scenario goes in the favor of his wife, he is ready to say sorry to her. This certainly puts a huge question mark on Shami’s position because if he is confident that he has never crossed the line and then why is he already talking about saying sorry?
Meanwhile, Shami’s wife Hasin Jahan has clarified that she is planning to move to the court of justice with this matter, but there aren’t any reports of her lodging an official police complaint against Shami yet.
