MS Dhoni Feels He Will Finish All The Strawberries In His Farm

Recently, former Indian skipper, MS Dhoni was seen breaking a ripe strawberry from a growing bunch at his farm, before eating the fruit in a video uploaded by the cricketer on his official Instagram handle. He was last seen on the cricket field during the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2020.

Captioning the video on Instagram, MS Dhoni wrote: “If I keep going to the farm there won’t be any strawberry left for the market”/  The 39-year-old led the Chennai Super Kings (CSK), who failed to make it to the playoffs of the edition.

Dhoni is one of the most successful captains in the history of the cash-rich league. He also led to the  CSK won the title three times under the leadership of the cricketer, in 2010, 2011, and 2018. In his career so far, Dhoni has played as many as 331 T20s, which includes 204 IPL matches for the Chennai-based franchise.

MS Dhoni decided to retire from all forms of international cricket in August 2020, having made his international debut for India in 2004. The 39-year-old made his debut in an ODI match against Bangladesh, registering a golden duck.

However, he finished his ODI career with a tally of as many as 10,773 runs in 350 matches. He retired from the longest format of the game in 2014, having made his debut in Test cricket in 2005. Dhoni accumulated 4876 runs in 90 Tests.

The 39-year-old ended his career as the wicket-keeper who registered most dismissals for Team India across all formats of the game. Under the captaincy of Dhoni, India registered title wins in the 2011 World Cup, 2007 T20 World Cup, and 2013 Champions Trophy.
