Last month, MS Dhoni was seen taking a nap at the cricket ground during the ODI series between India and Sri Lanka. Now on Monday, he took to the floor at the airport to catch on some much-needed rest after a match-winning performance in the first ODI of the five-match series between India and Australia at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
BCCI took to their social media accounts to post a photo of the Indian team waiting at the airport for traveling to Kolkata for the second ODI of the series on Thursday. While the likes of skipper Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and Man of the Match Hardik Pandya are seen sitting and having a chat, Dhoni is comfortably lying on the floor. The post read: “That is how you relax after taking a 1-0 lead. #TeamIndia #INDvAUS.”

Team India gave a target of 164 runs 21 overs (D/L method to Australia) as they made a score of 281-7, thanks to the half-centuries of Hardik Pandya and MS Dhoni. The visitors failed to reach the total and lost by a margin of 26 runs with 1 wicket remaining.
