Team India will be locking horns with Bangladesh in second consecutive time in the Asia Cup final and as the men in blue have already sealed their spot in the final, the players seem to be making the most of their time in Dubai. However, the two veteran Indian cricketers MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma were seen clicking pictures with Pakistani superfan Bashir Chacha and the Indian superfan Sudhir Gautam at the team hotel.

Bashir has been staying in the same hotel as Team India and he had been requesting Dhoni for a picture. MS didn’t let him down and met him on Wednesday and clicked a picture with him and Sudhir as well. The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma had juice with Bashir, who also sponsored Indian superfan Sudhir’s visit to UAE for the Asia Cup.

Talking about the gesture, the superfan said, “It’s pure love. You know the money will come and go with Allah’s grace. I told Sudhir you just come here and I will take care of everything. I am not a rich person but my heart is as big as an ocean. If I help you, Allah will be happy.”

With Pakistan out of the tournament after losing to Bangladesh in the virtual semi-final on Wednesday by 37 runs, Bashir chacha has no reason left to stay back in Dubai. It hasn’t been a pleasurable outing for the men in green in the multination tournament.

Bangladesh reached the Asia Cup 2018 final after beating Pakistan by 37 runs at Sheikh Zayed Stadium (Abu Dhabi) in the last Super Four stage game. Bangladesh was bowled out on 239 runs (48.5 overs) while Pakistan was restricted to just 202/9 at the end of 50 overs.
