Mushfiqur Rahim, the wicket-keeper-batsman of Bangladesh has returned after one month’s break on Sunday. The team returned from New Zealand after horrifying terror attacks on two mosques in Christchurch on March 16. 50 people were dead in that incident and the team saved that day by a few minutes as they were going to one of the targeted mosques where the terror attack happened.
The 31-year-old cricketer played three ODIs in their recent tour to New Zealand but he failed to impress with the bat and he has also been suffering from an injury. His fitness will be important for Bangladesh for the upcoming ICC World Cup which is scheduled to start in England from May 30. However, he has shared a picture of Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara on Twitter and captioned it “Two all time living legends together”.
