While his brother Brendon is a more renowned name in the cricketing fraternity, Nathan didn’t flatter to deceive as he has also done a decent job. The Otago-born cricketer represented New Zealand in 84 ODIs and 63 T20Is in which he scored 1070 and 299 runs respectively. He was no mug with the ball either.

McCullum scalped 63 and 53 ODI and T20I wickets respectively. He also plied his trade effectively as a T20 freelancer across the globe. He also had the privilege of playing in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL). He played a couple of matches in 2011 for Pune Warriors India. Nathan was also brought by Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 2013 edition of the IPL but didn’t get to play a game. Moreover, he also played T20 cricket in Australia, Pakistan, and England. Back in 2015, he made the announcement of his retirement after the 2015/16 domestic season.
