The former world champion has endured a mixed phase over the last year. After battling injuries during the second half of 2025, Sindhu showed promising signs of a comeback with strong performances on the BWF circuit. One of her biggest highlights came at the 2025 BWF World Championships, where she stunned World No. 2 Wang Zhiyi to reach the quarter-finals.

However, 2026 has been more challenging for the Indian star despite reaching the semi-finals of the Malaysia Open earlier this season.

Meanwhile, Kohli continues to dominate headlines with another sensational IPL campaign for Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The batting superstar recently smashed an unbeaten century against Kolkata Knight Riders and became the fastest batter in history to complete 14,000 T20 runs.

With 542 runs in 13 matches at an impressive strike rate above 160, Kohli has once again played a massive role in guiding RCB into the IPL 2026 playoffs.
