Shane Warne (Rajasthan Royals)
The legendary Australian leg-spinner Shane Warne joined the team Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the inaugural season of IPL tournament (2008) as the captain cum coach. In that first year, RR achieved huge limelight after they won the trophy under Warne’s captaincy and coaching.

Warne played for RR from 2008 to 2011 where he played 56 matches and took 58 wickets. When RR returned to the IPL in 2018 after completing their two-year suspension period, Warne returned to the team after a long wait but this time he had the role of team mentor.
