On Tuesday Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to legendary hockey player Major Dhyan Chand and congratulated all sportspersons and enthusiasts on the occasion of National Sports Day.

Indian has always been a firm believer of the thought that says “seize the day” and he proves that with his availability on social media. Recently, he also announced a launch of a by the sports ministry in order to harness the incredible sporting talent in India.
Even cricketers like Virender Sehwag and Harbhajan Singh took a step forward and paid tribute to he legendary hockey player, Dhyan Chand.
