The Hundred has managed to produce some thrilling encounters so far. This is a unique battle in which each side faces 100 balls, while bowlers need to bowl a minimum of 5 balls to finish the over. During the 15th match of this inaugural edition, London Spirit and Southern Brave locked horns with each other at the Lord’s, but Quinton de Kock stole the limelight with his brilliant catching skills.

The incident took place on the 86th ball of the London Spirit innings. Chris Jordan got the charge to deliver balls starting 86 to 90. His very first delivery was slower, fuller, and outside of one. Josh Inglis, who was facing Jordan did well to anticipate the delivery and positioned himself nicely.

Inglis then shaped to scoop it but the ball’s pace was a surprise. Nevertheless, he immediately changed his mind to bang it over the keeper’s head. Making perfect contact, Inglis was certain that he will be getting a boundary for the shot.

However, keeper Quinton De Kock was one step ahead of the batsman and he had also anticipated the shot well. He made a full-length dive to his right and took an acrobatic single-handed catch. Inglis could not believe his eyes while Jordan was ecstatic for getting the wicket. The crowd and Southern Brave side went crazy as he had already done massive damage for the team.
