Rajasthan Royals made a strategic move in their IPL 2024 campaign by signing the seasoned South African spinner, Keshav Maharaj, as an injury replacement for Prasidh Krishna on March 28th. Meanwhile, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) sprang a surprise by replacing the injured Mujeeb Ur Rahman with 16-year-old Afghan offspinner, Allah Ghazanfar, at a base price of INR 20 lakh.
Allah Ghazanfar recently made his international debut during Afghanistan’s ODIs against Ireland and could become the youngest player for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) if he earns an IPL cap this season.
