Ravindra Jadeja Indulges In An Altercation With A Woman Cop

The veteran Chennai Super Kings (CSK) allrounder, Ravindra Jadeja has reported having an altercation with a lady constable in Rajkot who stopped him for allegedly not wearing a mask. as per the reports of TOI, Head constable Sonal Gosai of Mahila police station stopped Jadeja who was with his wife Rivaba in their car in Kisanpara Chowk at around 9 pm.

The altercation took place when the constable asked Jadeja and his wife for paying the penalty for not wearing masks and asked for his license. Sources of TOI said Jadeja informed police that the cop had talked with a rude behavior with them. Gosai later got herself admitted to a private hospital on University Road complaining of stress.

When contacted, deputy commissioner of police Manoharsinh Jadeja said, “Jadeja and the constable both have accused each other of rude behavior. There is no formal complaint from either side. As per my information, Jadeja was wearing a mask and we are investigating whether his wife was wearing or not.”

Meanwhile, CSK team management has asked the players to players to assemble in Chennai by 14th August. Jadeja is likely to leave for Chennai on Friday as the camp for the CSK team is scheduled to commence on independence day. After a 5 day camp, CSK is likely to leave for Dubai via a chartered flight booked by the CSK management on 22nd August.

Accoridng to the reports of InsideSport on Monday, the CSK team has been booked in a 5-star property just next to Burj Khalifa for almost 90 days in Dubai.

Former India bowler and CSK bowling coach Lakshmipathy Balaji will be the in charge of the 5-day camp in Chennai. He said, “We will look to continue from where we left off in March. The key to success in the IPL is to perform collectively. Our aim will be to regroup as a team and start our preparations. The idea is to give them enough space and freedom to understand their body and find their rhythm before coming together as a group.”
