Rajasthan Royals (RR) recently shared a video on their social media account where spin wizard Yuzvendra Chahal was spotted dancing with former English skipper, Joe Root. The clip instantly went viral across social media and now ahead of Rajasthan Royals’ match against Chennai Super Kings, Ravindra Jadeja has also praised Chahal for his moves as the duo engaged in a friendly banter.

The Indian duo also discussed bats during their practice session. Rajasthan Royals shared the video on their Twitter account and it instantly caught the attention of the fans. In the video, Ravindra Jadeja said, “Your dance was class bro. The one with Root. Have you received that bat? It’s a really good bat bro. It’s nicely knocked and is ready to use”. Chahal jokingly replied, “Capture nicely. SS should make an offer”.

Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja is in tremendous form at the moment, as he scalped three wickets against Mumbai Indians (MI) in the last match. The southpaw has also been very economical so far in the IPL 2023 and if he manages to play in a similar fashion, the all-rounder can prove to be very dangerous against Royals on April 12 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium.

Notably, the conditions are expected to assist the spinners here and thus, the RR batters need to be on their toes. Moeen Ali in his last match at the stadium picked up four wickets and completely changed the complexion of the game.

On the other hand, under the captaincy of Sanju Samson, RR has some quality spinners in their ranks in the form of Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal. Thus, it will be a cracking contest when these two heavyweight spin departments face each other.

Meanwhile, the England red-ball skipper Ben Stokes will be expected to miss the game as he is recovering from a sore heel. However, with Maheesh Theekshana now available for selection, the four-time champions may not miss Stokes very much. For Rajasthan, all their players will be available for selection.
