The incident occurred on the outskirts of the boundary during the team’s practice drill. Swift to respond, Rinku immediately checked on the young cricket enthusiast’s well-being.
Post the practice session, Rinku Singh, accompanied by KKR’s batting coach Abhishek Nayar, met the young fan and apologized for the unintentional hit. Displaying his sportsmanship, Rinku presented the KKR cap to the boy, signing it as a gesture of goodwill.
