The veteran Indian cricketer, Rohit Sharma, and his wife Ritika Sajdeh are one of the most popular couples in this cricket-obsessed nation. While the cricketer has become a fan favorite with his consistent performances on the field, Ritika has carved her own place in the fans’ heart by constantly cheering for her husband and Team India from the stands.
Rohit and Ritika’s is a cute love story, which is full of romance, a long courtship period, followed by straight out of a Hollywood style marriage proposal. Before they started dating, the cute couple met as professionals. Ritika was a sports event manager and she used to take care of Rohit’s cricket engagements. But soon their professional relationship turned into something special and they became the best of friends. And as we see in movies, their friendship soon turned into love and the couple decided to officially get hitched.
Recently, the two completed three years of being happily married. And Rohit had made Ritika’s day even more special by posting a very emotional message with a throwback picture. He has now posted another message for his wife, this time to wish her on her birthday on Thursday.

Currently in Australia for the ongoing Test series, Rohit said he misses her as he wrote, “Happiest birthday to this beautiful soul misses having you around. Damn sure is keeping you entertained. PS: Only birthday I can remember without reminder @ritssajdeh”

On Instagram, Rohit apologized for not being there with her, he wrote, “Happy birthday my other half. Apologies for not being there thought I’ll share this inflight celebration of your birthday last year @ritssajdeh ❤️”.
Meanwhile, some of the media reports have suggested that media reports suggest that Rohit and Ritika are expecting their first child. She recently posted a few pictures on her social-media account which showed a baby bump. And while Rohit and Ritika are yet to confirm the news, speculations are widespread that Mrs. Sharma is pregnant. Reports also suggest that Rohit could miss the third Test against Australia to be with his wife during the delivery.
