Indian cricket is going northward since last two years whether it is men or women team, India has put up a price tag on their participation. In 2017, both teams reached their respective ICC events final, however, the result didn’t go in their favor despite playing some heroic cricket.

Now, ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar himself feels Indian cricket is in very good shape to dominate the world cricket for over next 15 to 20 years like Australia did in late 90’s and 00’s. Team India is currently on a mission to achieve which has never been achieved by any other Indian team. Yeah! South Africa has never beaten by India in their own den since their readmission at the international arena.

Sachin made this confession on his former rival Brett Lee’s YouTube shoe ‘Up in the Grill’. He said “We are doing exceedingly well. What I feel is, what Australia was for 15-20 years in the 1990s when I toured Australia, they were a tough side to beat. A tough side to compete with. And wherever you travel, you beat everyone. I see that phase coming in Indian cricket because the balance is so good.”

Australia was ruthless during their peak and won three consecutive World Cups before getting beaten by India. However, Aussies again changed their fortunes to win their fourth in last five editions.

India will be traveling to play overseas series throughout 2018, which has commenced with South Africa tour. Team India will take the field on January 5 in Cape Town to kick off a string of matches in the alien condition.
