Sanju Samson Gets Hitched With Long-Time Girlfriend Charu

The Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson, who has been known to be one of the most talented cricketers couldn’t manage to seal a spot in the national squad after making his debut in a T20I against Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club way back on July 19, 2015. However, parking aside his cricketing career filled with ups and downs, the 24-year-old defiant potential has had a joyful time of late from his personal front.

Sanju has entered the wedlock with his longtime girlfriend on Saturday, December 22. Back in September, he made an announcement about their relationship with a picture of theirs on Instagram. He mentioned that both have been seeing each other ever since August 22, 2013. Samson was, undoubtedly, over the moon, at that point in time.

The talented cricketer also thanked their respective parents for supporting their relationship from the beginning. Later it was confirmed that the beautiful couple will be getting hitched in December. Sanju is currently playing the 2018-19 edition of the Ranji Trophy for Kerala and since his team isn’t playing any match during this while, this was the only time they could have married.

Samson has played 50 first-class matches in which he has amassed 2800 runs at an average of 36.84 to go with nine centuries and as many half-centuries. Moreover, he also played 78 List A games and 130 T20 matches where he has piled up 1779 and 3011 runs respectively. In this Ranji season, he has racked up 198 runs in six matches and has been a tad out of form of late.

Furthermore, Sanju has had the privilege of plying his trade in the prestigious Indian Premier League (IPL). He made his IPL debut in 2013, representing Rajasthan Royals (RR) and has thus far played 81 games in which he has been able to score 1867 runs at a pretty decent average of 26.67 with a century. He has been retained by the Royals and he would be playing for them even the next season of the T20 extravaganza.
