The veteran Indian opener, Shikhar Dhawan has suffered a shoulder injury during the ongoing third ODI against Australia in Bangalore. The opener missed the T20I and ODI series against West Indies after suffering a knee injury in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. That absence had nearly cost him his place in the playing eleven as KL Rahul made the most of the opportunity.
