Virat Kohli and company has reached South Africa and started practicing to get use to of the conditions. But before the series opener, they have received an unexpected challenge from the country itself.
South Africa tourism asked Kohli and his troops to have an adventure trip to Hermanus for trying ‘Shark Cage’.
The place is very nearby from where Team India is staying and Cricket South Africa (CSA) was also keen to have something similar as they retweeted the challenge.
South Africa Tourism’s official Twitter account shared a tweet, which reads
Hey @imVKohli we're looking forward to some nail-biting Cricket. Before the on-field action begins, how about some off-beat adventure with the team! Come, seek the adrenaline rush of shark-cage diving in Hermanus. Are the men in blue up for the challenge.

However, chances of acceptance of this challenge are quite bleak due to less time for preparations as India is on a very long and difficult tour of Rainbow nation. Both countries will lock horn in a mouthwatering three-match Test series before colliding in six ODIs apart from three T20 Internationals.
The first Test will undergo from January 5 in Cape Town.
