Sushant Singh Rajput, the leading Bollywood actor who played the legendary former India Captain in his biopic, was in for severe trolls by Dada fans after Dhoni failed to score against the Mumbai Indians. Mahi limped to 7 out off 10 balls, and couldn’t quite pick up from where he had left in the game against SRH, before dragging one on to his stumps off Jaspreet Bumrah. He ended up with a paltry 7 off 11 balls.

For the uninitiated, the legendary wicket-keeper batsman, in the IPL 10, had just 61 runs off 5 innings before the SRH game, something that prompted Dada to question MSD’s capabilities as a T20 Player. Dada went on to pinpoint the fact that MSD had just one international T20 fifty in ten years, which Dada felt was not the greatest of statistics. However, the spectacular IPL player that he has been, Mahi struck gold in the next game itself, single-handedly taking RPS over the line with a brilliant 61 off 34.

Following this knock, SSR took a jibe at Dada with a Tweet that read, “Dhoni is not a….? What did you say? Where are the experts now? Well played, Mahi…” This Tweet obviously didn’t go down well with Dada fans who were waiting for an opportunity to troll the reel life MSD. While Dada’s statement on Mahendra Singh Dhoni wasn’t too convincing, it’s still not wise to take a jibe at someone of Dada’s stature, who has himself been a great former Captain of the Indian Team. It is Dada under who MSD started his cricket career.
