During the fourth match of the fourth season of the IPL in 2011 at Delhi, Lasith Malinga registered bowling figures of 3.4-1-13-5 against Delhi Daredevils. Sharing the new ball with Harbhajan Singh, Malinga bowled a double-wicket first over as he David Warner (1) and Unmukt Chand (0) to dent the Daredevils’ innings. Towards, the end of the innings, he dismissed Venugopal Rao (26), Morne Morkel (0) and Ashok Dinda (0) to bag a five-for.
